Did they only apply at a fancy store? I get so bummed when people only register at a fancy store.
they registered at FOUR places, and all the cheap stuff is gone. i was invited late [they didn’t know if i’d be in the country, so i told them not to invite me because it would throw off their seating and everything. they got enough declines and i got my plane tickets so i got invited yesterday], so all of my other poor friends already got to all the good stuff.
BUT joy of joys, there is a waffle maker on their registry and it’s only $23, so i am getting that and a cheese grater and splitting it with my friend who is also going and now i get to put a pun in the card about having a grate marriage. LUUUUULZ.
